Bijish is a Partner with the firm. He did his law from the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science & Technology in 2000 and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Kerala in 2001. He commenced his legal career in 2001 as junior to Adv. Philip M. Varghese and gained experience in Writ proceedings and civil matters and later started practice in the field of Admiralty and Maritime Law with M/s V. J Mathew & Co.
He joined M/s Callidus Legal as an Associate Partner in 2015. His areas of practice and experience includes admiralty and maritime law, civil law, corporate law, consumer law, drafting and vetting of various agreements and advising clients on various issues relating to admiralty and maritime law. He practices regularly in the High Court of Kerala and the Courts in Cochin/Ernakulam. He has substantial experience in the field of trial litigation as well as appellate side litigation. He is a Life Member of the Kerala High Court Advocates Association.
